In the new update of Harvey Wenstein, Mirium Haley, who allegedly accused him of raping her, allegedly became emotional as she testified the second time TMZ’s alleged incident in her manhattan apartment.
The outlet reported that Haley, who was a pre-television production assistant, testified in Venstein’s retric on Wednesday and revealed the description of the alleged rape in 2006.
He claimed that the filmmaker invited the Clerk II film Premier at Los Angeles and invited him in his Manhattan apartment. He accepted the invitation.
The accused allegedly stated that she was sitting on a couch with Veenstein, which was suddenly surprised and tried to kiss her, caught her down and forced her to bed, which she claimed that she allegedly raped her.
According to the report, Haley mentioned that she told Winstein that she was in her period and had a tampon. He claimed that he took out the tampon and went down on it.
When he was allegedly being attacked, the former television production assistant allegedly revealed that he was “being raped”, and “just decided to investigate it out and tolerate it.”
According to the publication, the accused said that he met with the filmmaker at the premiere of The Aviator in 2004, in London. Haley claimed that he helped to get a job as a PA on the project runway and the situation between the two did not even have sexual rape in 2006.
For unknown, Haley is one of the three accused, witnessing the filmmaker’s New York retric. According to his testimony, his testimony follows his first account from his original test from 5 years ago.
During her 2020 test, Venstein was convicted of sexually abusing the Marium and another accused, actress Jessica Mann. But later, those convicts were overturned when this appeal was determined by the court that their constitutional rights were violated during testing, according to the publication.
