Harry Potter actress Katie Leung to play a negative role in Bridgerton 4
Katie Leung, best known for her role as Cho Chang in Harry Potter, will play the villainous Lady Araminta Gunn in Bridgerton Season 4.

Hollywood actress Katie Leung, who played Cho Chang in the Harry Potter films, has landed a villainous role in Bridgerton Season 4. She will play Lady Araminta Gunn. The upcoming season stars Luke Thompson and Yerin Ha as Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Beck in the lead roles.
Leung shared an official post announcing her new journey with the production house, Shondaland. Actresses Michelle Mao and Isabella Wei will play Araminta’s daughters, Rosamund and Posy, respectively, in the show.

according to Entertainment WeeklyLeung’s character in Bridgerton 4 is described as a “twice-married and twice-widowed woman.”
“Brilliant, sensible, and forthright, Araminta does not react well to anything or anyone who threatens her standing in society. Unfortunately for Sophie, the widow has her eye on Benedict as she works to get at least one of her daughters married,” her character was further described as such.
Production on Bridgerton 4 is currently underway. The makers have shared a glimpse of the new cast. Actor Yerin Ha will join the show, in which she will star alongside Luke Thompson, who plays Benedict Bridgerton.
“Esteemed members of the Tonight Show, we are thrilled to inform you that Bridgerton Season 4 has officially begun!” the producers wrote alongside photos of Luke and Yrene.

The Bridgerton 4 logline reads, “Season 4 focuses on the bohemian second son, Benedict. Despite his older and younger brothers being happily married, Benedict is reluctant to settle down.”
Set in Regency-era London, Bridgerton is based on the books by Julia Quinn. All seasons of the show are currently streaming on Netflix.
