Actress Hansika Motwani visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar soon after her divorce from Sohail Khaturia was finalised. The actor shared glimpses of his trip on social media.
Her posts, which also included the message, “Always be there for them.” Waheguru di mehar naal (sic).” The post included a series of photographs of the actor praying in the temple premises.

Hansika’s divorce was granted by a family court in Mumbai on mutual consent. Reports suggest that she did not ask for any alimony as part of the settlement. He was represented by lawyer Adnan Shaikh in the proceedings.
The couple got married in a grand ceremony at Mundota Fort and Palace in December 2022. However, their marriage lasted just over three years. According to details of the petition, they lived together only for a short time after marriage, before differences in temperament, opinions and lifestyle began to surface.
Over time, these differences reportedly led to frequent disagreements even over small matters, making it difficult for them to live together. The petition further said that family members and close friends had tried to reconcile the couple, but their efforts were not successful.
Hansika and Sohail were said to be living separately since July 2024, with speculations about their relationship surfacing months before the divorce was finalised. The actor had previously removed Sohail’s pictures from his social media, although he chose not to publicly address the rumors at the time.
