Pakistani actress Hania Aamir recently shared her views on relations between India and Pakistan, calling the two countries “distant cousins”. in an interview with cnnHe reflected on the cultural similarities and mutual appreciation that exist between the neighboring countries.

Asked about the importance of cross-border ties with India, Hania said, “We are like distant cousins. We are exactly alike in many ways. It’s great to see that we can collaborate and appreciate each other so much.”
