Hale Bailey has secured temporary legal and physical custody of his 17 -month -old son Halo Saint. He had earlier accused his ex -boyfriend and rapper DDG of physical, oral, emotional and financial abuse, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Junior.
According to the new court documents quoted by the people, the 25 -year -old Little Marmed actress was given the only custody of her son after receiving a temporary anti -relative order against her ex -boyfriend. The actress welcomed Hello with DDG in December 2023. Both dated between 2022 and 2024.
DDG needs to stay away from Bailey and his son at least 100 yards away for the court order. This order remains effective until the next hearing scheduled for June 4, 2025.
In his petition, Bailey requested that DDG would not be given unsafe travel rights. Instead, he told the court to allow supervised visits for six hours once a week, conducted through a professional service, when Hello is in Los Angeles.
Belly also asked the court to prevent DDG from taking hello outside the Los Angeles County and filed an order to prevent potential hair kidnapping. He cited a pattern of derogatory behavior and examples, in which DDG allegedly hidden his son or refused to cooperate in co-rearing.
As part of his request, Bailey asked that DDG should be prevented from traveling with Halo or applying for his son’s travel documents or placing travel documents without his written permission. Even if she allows the journey, she wants her to provide a full journey program, round-trip ticket and an open airline ticket for him when Hello is not back.
In his statement in court, Bailey said that she had made every effort to avoid going to court, but felt that she could no longer tolerate the alleged misconduct.
Belly said, “I realize that there is no darryl. I cannot allow this misconduct. I cannot live like this.” “I never know when he is going to demand our son to be in the care of his mother and will I be subject to his dangers and misuse.”
The actress revealed several incidents, where she allegedly faced physical abuse at the hands of DDG. He said that in January, his ex-boyfriend repeatedly called him “b*tch”, as he tried to climb his son on a seat inside his car.
In another incident in March, she claimed that DDG entered her house when she was not home and with a photo of her bed with a threatening message -stating that she was having sex with other men.
