“TIPS clearly states that it is the full and legitimate owner of the relevant copyrights and related rights in the said works,” the statement said.
The company further said that it has received relief from the Supreme Court through an order dated May 22, 2026. “TIPS is committed to protecting its rights and is actively pursuing all appropriate legal remedies,” the statement said.

On May 29, Bhagnani filed another suit in the Bombay High Court seeking immediate relief.
