Google says that Anant is designed to encourage cooperation by offering calm places for focus. The layout is structured like a city grid, which has a clear passage, making it easier to navigate. This includes the workplace of the neighbor-style, small booths for privacy and a central gathering place called the assembly for discussion and events. The sculpture form of the building not only enhances aesthetics, but also improves access to natural light and ideas.
