She has managed to get into a calm state of mind by learning the art of pottery making, which is often considered a calming and healing activity. Your body and mind work in perfect harmony when you make a pottery. It relieves your mind and frees your thoughts from external worries. It is also a way of slow living, which means choosing a meaningful and conscious lifestyle by adopting a slow lifestyle. Vamika sat behind the ceramic wheel to try her hand at pottery making. In the Instagram post, the actress shared a video of herself experimenting with clay. The clip begins with Vamika wetting her hands and shaping the clay using various tools. In the end, she is left with a small clay pot made by herself.
