Korean Chili Garlic Potatoes Recipe:

  1. Boil the potatoes until they become soft.
  2. – Mash the potatoes well.
  3. – Add cornflour/potato starch and knead the dough.
  4. Make small round balls of dough and shape them like mushrooms.
  5. Boil the potato balls until they float on water.
  6. Immediately drop the boiled potato balls into ice cold water.
  7. For the sauce, mix chopped garlic, chopped green onion, red chili powder, soy sauce and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  8. Pour hot oil over sauce mixture.
  9. Add the potato balls to the sauce.
  10. Garnish with more green onions and sesame seeds.
