How to make Litchi Shrikhand Truffle at home | Litchi Shrikhand Truffle Recipe
Digital creator Nitya Hegde has shared an easy recipe of Litchi Shrikhand Truffle on her Instagram handle. To make this dessert, take 7-8 litchis and wash them. Remove the seeds from the litchis so that only the pulp remains and keep it aside. Take a muslin cloth and put a cup of curd in it. Make hung curd by filtering the water from the curd. Now, put the hung curd in a bowl. Take a few strands of saffron and add it to the milk along with some sugar. Mix well and add it to the hung curd. Mix all the ingredients till they become frothy and light.
Put the yogurt, saffron milk and sugar mixture in a piping bag and stuff it inside the lychees. Refrigerate the lychees for 20 minutes or more until the mixture sets. Meanwhile, take 50 grams of white chocolate and melt it. When the lychees and the mixture set, coat them in the melted chocolate. For presentation, sprinkle some beetroot powder on them. You can refrigerate these lychees or enjoy them as is!
