Chandigarh Police has filed an FIR against the film’s production designer Saini S Johare. stalwartFollowing a complaint of sexual harassment lodged by a woman at Sector-17 police station.

According to the complaint, the woman alleged that Johare called her to a five-star hotel, where he allegedly touched her inappropriately, assaulted her when she protested and wrongfully confined her.

The complainant further alleged that a suspected intoxicant was mixed in his drink, due to which his health deteriorated.

After preliminary investigation, Chandigarh Police registered an FIR on April 21, 2026. However, the matter reportedly came to light only late Monday evening.

The report further states that after the FIR was registered, the Sector-17 police initiated action to arrest the production designer. However, before any arrest, Johre secured anticipatory bail from the district court.
