Actress Alia Bhatt shares a high-intensity gym video for promotion Alpha (2026), announcing that advance booking for the YRF Spy Universe film is now open. The post gained attention online, with fans calling her ‘Alpha Mama’ as the film gathers momentum ahead of its release.

In the clip of her morning gym session, Alia is seen doing boxing drills, strength training and functional exercises. She captioned the post, “Alpha morning routine with fire and rage (fire and punch emoji) Advanced booking open now!” The video also attracted attention due to its background music, which is believed to be the music of Alfa.

“Nomi nomi alpha yummy mommy,” one fan commented. Another fan wrote, “Awesome.”

A user also commented, “The song looks great.” “And she has a kid,” one fan wrote.

Earlier, Alia and her co-actor Sharvari had also shared a workout video on social media. In that clip, the two were seen training in coordinated gym outfits and going through an intense circuit that included boxing exercises and tire workouts.

Directed by Shiv Rawail, Alpha The film is the first female-centric film in the YRF Spy Universe. Apart from Alia and Sharvari, the action thriller stars actor Bobby Deol in the lead role. Anil Kapoor also plays an important role in the film as the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) chief. Actor Hrithik Roshan also made a brief appearance in the film’s trailer. He is ready to play his character Kabir Dhaliwal again war 2 (2025).

The film is also in the news after it got UA 16+ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification. The report said that the CBFC suggested several edits before giving approval, including muting some profanity and trimming or modifying some violent scenes, including the stabbing-related scenes.

Alpha Set for theatrical release on July 3, 2026.
