The Latin flavour at Delhi’s Atticus is unique in every sense

Atticus offers the best drinks and food menu that is beyond your imagination
Atticus in the hip New Delhi area is an exciting change to the city’s dining scene. The restaurant’s contemporary Latin American food offering is a refreshing take on the cuisine in its own right. But it also strives to be different from the city’s usual culinary suspects. Add to that the restaurant’s noir-inspired ambiance their innovative and tempting dishes and you’ve arrived at the recipe for a good time.
For any Latin American restaurant, cocktails play a key role in its popularity. Atticus is at the forefront of its cocktail offerings. Being one of the restaurants in Delhi that serves Kendall Jenner’s tequila brand, 818, there is a certain pressure to excel in the cocktail department. Their classic Margaritas, Picantes and Palomas can be enjoyed in their original forms or can be changed up with their local interpretations if you prefer bolder flavours. Enjoy them as is or with their nachos and guacamole and you can thank us later.

Chevre Revisited with Green Apples and Goat Cheese This fresh vegetarian ceviche has a contemporary take – a bright and invigorating start to the meal. Tart green apples with creamy goat cheese create a pleasant contrast.

Tacos are always on the menu when enjoying Latin flavors, Atticus is no exception. The mutton birria tacos were calling to us, so we enjoyed eating this juicy plate of a trio of tacos. The slow-cooked mutton is tender and richly spiced and the tacos also come with a delicious dipping broth, making it even more delicious.

Seafood lovers will love Shrimp with Pineapple, Chimichurri and Bell Pepper - a classic in every sense. These shrimp are cooked to perfection with a delicious buttery garlic sauce that is both aromatic and flavorful. And don't be intimidated by the hard shell it's served in because the buttery white meat falls right off.

Woodsy and earthy in flavor, the pork ribs are served over a thick and delicious sauce made from nuts and spices and accompanied by a tortilla that can be rolled up and eaten easily.

Another classic dish of the Latin table, empanadas loaded with a generous amount of chicken arrived on our table. With a crispy, golden exterior and a generous amount of well-spiced chicken, the empanada has all the filling it needs.

The desserts also have a fusion element that helps you reimagine the way you look at the classics. While you can't go wrong with the cheesecake (and we didn't go wrong with their offering either), their version of Tres Leches is fresher than the ones we've usually eaten as it's served with their in-house seasonal sorbet and berry compote.
