A few days ago, Bachchan had said that he had spoken to his security team about treating fans appropriately. He wrote, “It is a matter of pride and honor for me that I have been blessed by so many people… They give me confidence… They give me the breath of another day… They push me to work and work hard and deliver results… They are my EF… My extended family.”
She further added, “I also spoke to the security, so that they know how to behave with well-wishers. How they react to the public will reflect how the public thinks it is my own reaction to them!”

Bachchan also wrote, “This summer, they have been waiting for hours to get a glimpse and that is no small thing. After that, not treating them well is not right. The public is our God. Love, respect and good wishes for them, that’s all they want. They give us so much and we need to reflect the same love and respect for them.”
Bachchan will next be seen in its sequel Kalki 2898 AD. The film is directed by Nag Ashwin and also stars Prabhas and Kamal Haasan.
The actor’s last theatrical release was Rajinikanth’s Tamil action-drama, Vettaiyaan (2024).
