Sarosh Seth, 21, died in an accident in Ohio when a Ford Mustang ran over him as he was walking on the road. The incident happened around 2.40 pm on Wednesday and Seth’s identity has now been confirmed. The driver drove rapidly through the intersection of North High Street, ran a red light and struck two people on the sidewalk near the intersection. The car then drove into the Kroger parking lot and ran over a parked car with a person inside.The pedestrians were taken to a local hospital and one of them, Seth, was declared dead. The condition of the person present in the parked car was stable. The driver was treated for his injuries and arrested but has not yet been charged.

Authorities filed charges against the driver for driving under the influence, which is the equivalent of driving under the influence in Ohio. Investigators said alcohol and/or drugs were believed to have contributed to the crash, although toxicology testing was pending.
