Does pollution, toxins increase common reproductive conditions?
In highly polluted cities such as Delhi, frequent contacts for these hormone-weevic agents such as endotoxin are mixing women’s reproductive health issues, especially endometriosis.

In Delhi, an increase in cases of endometriosis among women is being reported, of which 30 to 35 are affected.
Experts have speculated that about 40% of these new cases in the city are connected in contact with environmental pollution and bacterial endotoxin.
Pollution can contribute to an increase in many health issues. It is also showing its impact on the reproductive system. Endometriosis is a chronic gynecological disorder where the tissue similar to the endometrial lining grows outside the uterus and is now being associated with rising levels of air pollution.
Doctors have said that more than half of the cases of endometriosis in Delhi are related to endotoxin, with environmental pollution as well as a contribution factor. Endotoxin are toxins that are found in some bacteria, especially in the outer membrane of gram-negative bacteria.
They are released when these bacteria die or multiply. Common sources include contaminated medical equipment, water or food.
What is endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a condition in which the tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterine cavity.
As a result, it can cause inflammation, scarring and even the formation of painful ulcers. Signs and symptoms of endometriosis include severe menstrual cramps, chronic pelvic pain, pain during or after sexual intercourse, heavy menstrual bleeding, and digestive issues such as inflammation or constipation.
In many cases, women also have difficulty in conceiving. If left untreated, endometriosis can affect infertility, ovarian ulcers and adhesions that affect the reproductive organs.
Because symptoms are often overlap with other conditions, diagnosis may be delayed, which deteriorates results for many women.
Endometriosis can be triggered by mixing genetic, hormonal and environmental factors. The endotoxin, increasing pollution levels, and immune system imbalance now are also related to the situation.
Endometriosis associated with pollution and endotoxin
Many women suffer for years before diagnosing their symptoms with other gynecological and gastrointestinal disorders.
Experts said that in highly polluted cities like Delhi, frequent contacts for these hormone-dispatched agents can reduce women’s reproductive health issues.
A fertility specialist of Nova IVF fertility at Rajouri Garden. Aswati Nair is aggressive in the conditions of dangerous increase and pollution levels in cases of endometriosis related to endotoxin.

A few years ago, doctors said that the cases related to these factors were very few. “Women are particularly weak in the age group of 30-35, especially those who delay in conception. Environmental factors, poor air quality, and stress levels are contributing to this bounce,” Dr. Nair said.
A study published in the Peer-Ruined Journal, called Frontiers in Microbiology, said that an unhealthy intestine and harmful substances produced by bad bacteria can weaken the intestine lining, allowing bacteria and endotoxin to enter the body.
It can confuse the immune system, cause inflammation and stress in the body, and risk developing autoimmune diseases like endometriosis.
Researchers still know whether endometriosis is an autoimmune condition, as it has significant similarity for the symptoms of some autoimmune diseases.

While there is no known treatment for endometriosis, symptoms can be managed through regular gynecological check-ups.
Lifestyle changes such as a healthy, anti -inflammatory diet, regular exercise, stress management techniques and drugs are important to control the level of pain and hormones.
In some cases, surgery may be necessary to remove endometrial tissue.
It is also important to limit the contact with pollutants. For women with endometriosis that struggle with conception, it is necessary to consult a reproductive specialist. Techniques such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg cold, or intrauterine insemination (IUI) may be recommended.
