Trigger Warning: S*Xual Abuse is mentioned in this article
A former personal assistant to Scene “Didi” Combes on Thursday gave emotional testimony in the New York Federal Court. He accused Sangeet Mogul of S*XUL attack and physical abuse during his eight -year employment.
The anonymous woman, who was identified only as “Mia” in court, worked for Comombs from 2009 to 2017. He described his time as both “toxic” and “dangerous” to work for him. “Highs were really high, and the climbs were really, in fact,” he explained the 12 -day jury of the ongoing federal S*X smuggling and racketoring tests.
Mia claimed that Combes attacked him several times, saying, “He has thrown things on me. He threw me against the wall. He has thrown me into a pool.” He also accused him that he was attacking him, stating that he was not allowed to close his door or leave home while staying at his residence.
He said that his role needs to be continuously turned on, sometimes working for five days without sleep. Duties included everything from management of their taxes to cracking their knuckles, and even when not actively working, she expected to stay close to the comomb.
The MIA is referred to as the “victim -4” in the five -fifteen prosecution of the Comombs, including S*X smuggling, racketering and transportation for prostitution. Comombs has requested not to be guilty for all allegations.
In a separate event, MIA described a violent change associated with the former partner of Ventura, Combes. He testified that Mia and stylist Deonte Nash broke in the Los Angeles apartment in Ventura, screaming at her before attacking her violently.
“He picked him up and threw him on the bed. He hit his head and started bleeding,” Mia said. “I thought he was going to kill him.” He claimed that Combes ordered him to lie what happened to receive medical assistance.
Nash testified Mia after taking the stand and accused of control and humiliating behavior towards Ventura.
The test is going on, more witnesses are expected to testify in the coming days.
