Dhurandhar: The Revenge made Rs. Earned ₹2.50 crore on its fifth Friday, a 10 percent decline from the previous day. This decline comes due to the release of new release, Bhoot Bangla yesterday. Still it maintained a strong hold. The film is expected to earn Rs 10 crore. Earned 12 crores in its 5th weekend.
The running cume of the spy action drama is now Rs. Earning Rs 947.25 crore at Hindi box office. This film directed by Aditya Dhar will cross the Rs crore mark. 950 crore figure by EOD, and then it will move towards its final target. Based on current trends, the Ranveer Singh starrer will add Rs. 25 to Rs. 35 crores and its theatrical run was around Rs. Earning of Rs 980 crore in Hindi.
However, the film has already crossed the Rs 1 crore mark. Including dubbed versions, grossed ₹1000 crore nett in India. Achieving the same milestone in Hindi alone seems unlikely, which is a mistake, coming so close and missing. That said, from a practical point of view, Rs. 980 crore or Rs. 1000 crores is basically the same result.
Dhurandhar: The Revenge is an all time blockbuster. While its footfall is currently at 3.50 crores and will probably end up around 3.75 crores, which is probably slightly below the ATBB level. However, due to the extraordinary price tag of the film, the collections are at the level of 5 crore footfall, and ultimately, it is money that matters.
