Dhammal franchise fans have a reason to celebrate. According to a Mid-Day report, the final schedule of Dhammal 4 will be closed in Mumbai on 15 May. Ajay Devgan, Ritish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, and Javed Zaferi will once again meet a courageous and comic climax to film the scene.
Sources suggest that the climax sequence will be set against a forest background, for which a wide set is being constructed. “This tenure focuses largely on climax and some fight scenes, including a car pursuing and another fighter sequence. A huge set of mountainous regions and forests is being made. Keeping in mind the mild treatment of Dhampal, a comic touch and physical comed will be an aspect in the action sequence,” a kin will have a mudd.
Director Indra Kumar began filming the fourth installment of the comedy series in March. During April, he focused on shooting individual scenes with prominent actors. After wrapping his parts, Ajay Devgan joined the OT in the set of his adventure drama ranger, while Indra Kumar shot a single scenes with JAADED JAAFERI. Meanwhile, Ritish Deshmukh used this time to work on his direction project Raja Shivaji, and Arshad Warsi took a small holiday in Goa. The team will now return to the final phase of shooting, which is expected to continue by the end of June.
Ajay Devgan recently shared an update about the film on social media. On 10 April, Ajay posted the first schedule of Dhamaal 4 at Malshej Ghat on his Instagram account. Sharing a set of cheerful photos with co-stars Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Anjali Anand, Sanjay Mishra, and Sanjida Sheikh, he wrote, “The Madness is back!
In one photo, Ajay pose with members of the artists, while the other has introduced him with director Indra Kumar and producer Bhushan Kumar. In addition to the returning favorite, Dhammal 4 also stars Anjali Anand, Sanjay Mishra, Ravi Kishan and Sanjida Sheikh.
The Dhammal franchise, which started in 2007 under the direction of Indra Kumar, remains a fan favorite for its cheerful story and characters. Hollywood Comedies such as Rat Race and It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, relaxed, the first film earned more than Rs 50 crore at the box office and gave birth to two successful sequels: Double Dhampal (2011) and Total Dield (2019).
Ajay Devgan is also ready for the release of his much awaited film Raid 2. In this, he resumed his role in the form of IRS officer Amay Patnaik. The film, which also features Wani Kapoor, is going to hit theaters on 1 May.
