Here are five easy steps to make boneless chili chicken:

Marinate the chicken:

To make chilli chicken, first place the boneless chicken in a bowl. Then, add egg, cornflour, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix everything well and make sure all the chicken pieces are coated evenly. Keep it aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

Deep fry the chicken:

– Heat oil in a pan or wok. Initially, deep fry the chicken pieces on high flame, then reduce the flame. Fry the chicken until completely cooked, then drain on absorbent paper.

Stir fry vegetables:

Capsicum, onion and spring onion are commonly used in Indo-Chinese cuisine and are fried. Cut capsicum and onion into cubes. – Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan, then fry the onion while stirring for a few seconds. Later, add capsicum and green onions and sauté for a minute.

Time to add sauce:

Feel free to add some chopped green chillies. Add a pinch of salt once the vegetables are roasted (be careful, as the sauce already contains salt). Now, at this stage, add vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce. Mix everything well and cook for two minutes.

Combine fried chicken to perfection:

Add the fried chicken to the vegetable and sauce mixture. Add the chicken to the mixture so that the flavors of the spices and sauce are completely absorbed. Mix and cook for a few seconds. For the final touch, garnish with freshly chopped green onions, then turn off the heat. Your delicious boneless chili chicken is ready to serve!
