Celina Jaitley says husband manipulated Austrian laws to block her access to sons
Celina Jaitley has alleged that her husband used Austrian laws to block her access to their sons. The claim comes in addition to her earlier court case seeking relief, restitution and compensation for the alleged abuse and financial losses.
Actress Celina Jaitley has shared an emotional note on Instagram, in which she has alleged that her husband has manipulated Austrian laws to prevent her from having contact with their children. In the post, he said that his sons have been taken to an undisclosed location and claimed that he is unable to talk to them.
Jaitley wrote, “I want to wake up from this nightmare… come back to my world again… in the valley of dandelions, where there is only me… and the three hearts that were made of my blood and still beat within me.” She alleged that despite an affidavit before an Austrian court, she was blocked on WhatsApp and phone calls.

Sharing the photo, described as a photo from last year, Jaitley wrote, “This is a photo from last year, my sons have been taken to an undisclosed location. I send them messages like letters every day, but I have been blocked on WhatsApp and phone calls. Despite giving an affidavit before the honorable court in Austria. Austrian laws are being manipulated by my husband to prevent my children from having any contact with me.”
No entry The actor also alleged that repeated attempts were made to disrupt his relationship with his children. She wrote, “My children’s access to me has been repeatedly interfered with, including exposure to selective media narratives resulting in interruptions in regular parent-child communication, as well as brainwashing and intimidation to force them to say things against me, a mother who has done nothing but care for them since the day they were born, moving from one country to another to support their father’s career. I am devastated.”
Case was registered last year
Last year, Jaitley approached the Judicial Magistrate First Class court in Andheri under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act seeking interim and ex-parte relief. In his petition, the actor sought compensation of Rs 50 crore along with additional compensation related to alleged loss of income and property.
According to the petition, Jaitley alleged that her husband prevented her from working on various pretexts, which affected her financial independence and personal dignity. She also alleged that he had pressured her to transfer the ownership of their Mumbai residence into his name at a time when she was dealing with the death of her newborn child and both her parents within a short period of time.
Apart from seeking protection under the Domestic Violence Act, Jaitley also sought compensation for alleged financial losses, including loss of earnings, visibility, removal of property and maintenance. Her latest social media post reiterates her claim that she is cut off from her children and unable to communicate with them.
