Team Singham Again and Team Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 have finally come to a consensus regarding screen allocation. It seemed that the producers of both the films would fight it out for a few more days, but that is not the case as the producers and distributors of both the films have come to an agreement. The agreement varies for different film series and theatres, but the average national screen-sharing ratio is 60:40 in favor of Singham Again.
Here’s the breakdown of screen sharing between Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 across movie chains and theaters
PVRInox, the largest movie chain, has gone ahead with a 60-40 split. Since PVR is also the distributor of Singham Again, it was understood that they would try to secure the majority of screens and shows for their film. The makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 agreed to a 50-50 split as well as a 55-45 split in favor of Singham Again. On the other hand, the makers of Singham Again were adamant on a 70-30 or 65-35 split in favor of their film. Since Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is an important release, there was no way to entertain the highly unbalanced ratio.
The ratio of shows of Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 at Cinepolis is 55-45 in favor of the former. This can be seen as a victory for T-Series and AA Films. Ideally, everyone tries to follow the market leader i.e. PVRInox. It is quite impressive for Team Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to garner 45 per cent of the screens.
Other movie chains like MovieMax, NY Cinemas, Rajhans, Movietime and Mirage have gone with a 60-40 split, benefiting Singham Again. The national ratio of single screens is 60-40 – some have allotted all the shows to Singham and some have allotted all the shows to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Overall, Singham Again has got around 60 per cent of the screens and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has got 40 per cent of the screens, give or take. Both the filmmaker and the distributor should be happy with the end result. Now it is up to the audience to decide which film they like more than the other.
