Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World 2023’s Ant-Man and Wasp: Galling less than Quantians to closer to ending their dramatic runs with a global gross under USD 420 million. Overall its current world is limited to the USD 414 million and screen appearance a few hundred, the pre -title is making direct comparison compared to the later February release frame. For records, Ant-Man 3 is one of MCU’s lowest-remedies on rotten tomatoes.
The Brave New World, released on 14 February, marked the first solo of Anthony Mackie as a Titular Superhero. The film Disney+ Minories was a continuity of The Falcon and Winter Soldier and served as a 35th entry in Marvelaver. The film is currently the fourth highest grossing film of 2025, with domestic and 214 million USD from international markets with USD 200.2 million.
Despite receiving a mixed reviews for his story and CGI-ignite scenes, the film was praised for a strong performance, especially from Mackey and veteran actor Harrison Ford, who made her debut as President Thadius Ross after William Heart’s death. The plot, after Mackie’s Sam Wilson, dealt with Ross -tied political conspiracies, which turn into a red halk in the final acting of the film.
Meanwhile, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, was released on 17 February 2023, was widely criticized for its uneven tone, but the MCU managed to pull a large box office due to pre-relaid promotion as a kickoff for phase five. The film earned US $ 214 million and 261 million at the international level, but with a huge budget of USD 350 million, it struggled to turn the advantage and was eventually seen as disappointment at the box office.
The brave new world, with a slightly vested budget (except marketing USD 180m) managed to escape the same level of criticism, but did not reach the financial heights required to cross Ant-Man 3. As Marvel is ready to close its step five with Thunderbolts next month, the performance of both films outlines challenges at the box office, even for the most banks of Hollywood.
While Brave New World did not top the February counterpart, it helped redefine the Captain America series, which was led before he exit.
