BLS International Q4 Results: Pet 70% to Rs. 145 crores, sales increase by 54%

The profit of Visa and Consular Services Provider BLS International Services Provider for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 increased to around 70% to Rs 145.2 crore, which was Rs. 85.5 crore.

The company said during the quarter under review that its sales increased by 54.74% to Rs. 692.8 crore.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the profit of about 66% during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024 during the previous financial year, increased by 66% to Rs. 540 crore.

For the financial year, 2024-25, the company’s sales increased to around 319% to 2193.30 crore, which was Rs. 1677 crore.

Shikhar Agarwal, a joint managing director of BLS International Services Limited, said the performance was accelerated by strong performance in both visas, consular and digital businesses. He added that Rs. EBITDA of 629.3 crore increased .1.5%, while the margin increased by 808 bps in the financial year 2025 to 8.7%.

He said that during the year, the company took a lot of initiatives in both businesses. By achieving a cinergistic business such as Turkey-based Idata and Dubai-based Citizenship Invest, its professional model changes its professional model by being self-managed in some geographical models.

He said the acquisition of Adifidelis has increased the company’s entry and the presence of its market in digital business space has increased.
