Bhagyashree’s cooking stories leave us drooling. Now, the actress is doing what she does best: treating her fans to yet another delicious recipe. Any guesses? Well, it’s none other than the spicy chole ki sabzi – the staple Indian breakfast. Bhagyashree’s chole recipe is primarily for vegetarians who struggle to include protein in their diet. But thanks to her, that’s no longer the case. On “Tuesday Tips with B”, Bhagyashree shared a video demonstrating the entire process of making chole. She claims that she makes this nutrient-rich dish at least once every week. Let’s get started, shall we? To begin, the chole must be soaked in water overnight. The next day, place the chole in tea water and place the whole thing in a cooker. Cook for 5-6 whistles.

In a separate pan, lots of oil is added followed by hing-cumin paste. A bay leaf is added to give an aromatic flavour. Food lovers, wait a little more and delicious chole will be served. Ginger-garlic paste, onion slices and onion paste are added to the pan. Chopped green chillies and sliced spring onions are added after that. Spice lovers gather as red chilli and chole masala is added next. A small amount of water is added to the mixture and after 2 whistles, delicious chole is ready. Topped with coriander, we can feel our mouths watering. What do you think?
