Bhagyashree keeps suggesting healthy food options to her fans. In her “Tuesday Tips with Bee” series, the actress highlighted the importance of millets and how it has been missing from our plates. He said, “It is amaranth, also known as Rajgira in India. Millet is a nutrition-rich millet rich in vitamins and minerals like potassium, magnesium, manganese, choline and lysine, which helps in absorbing calcium to build strong bones.
