Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain box office collection: Asif Sheikh and Rohitashv Gaur starrer’s struggle continues, nears dramatic end

Sister-in-law is at home! Fun on the Run did not do much at the box office. The film has now started crawling. As per estimates, the comedy drama collected around Rs. Before this, on Wednesday, 10 lakhs, the earning of 6 days was increased to Rs. Was brought up to. Earning 1.25 crores at Indian box office.

Starring Aasif Sheikh, Shubhangi Atre, Rohitashv Gaur, Mukesh Tiwari, Ravi Kishan and others, Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain! Fun on the Run was released along with Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta’s Vadh 2. While the crime thriller performed relatively well, the comedy film turned out to be a major failure. It is expected that the film will make its entire earning within Rs 200 crore. 1.50 crores, which would be a disastrous result for the film.

Although Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain is one of the top shows on television and has a diverse fanbase, it failed to translate the same fanbase into viewership. Before this, a film has also been made on Khichdi. While it was a hugely popular show on the small screen, it did well on the silver screen. Even Indian TV’s biggest star Kapil Sharma faced back-to-back failures on the silver screen apart from his debut film. He said, the transition from small screen to big screen has not been very fruitful so far.

All eyes are now on the fate of Mirzapur. The upcoming film starring Ali Fazal is all set to release in theaters on September 4, 2026. It will be interesting to see if it can overcome the curse of transition from small/OTT screens to big screens.
