How to make Bathua Dosa. Bathua Dosa Recipe
It is quite easy to make Bathua Dosa at home. This recipe was shared by content creator @keertidacooks on Instagram. To make it:
1. Soak the grains
Take 1/3 cup whole moong and 2 tbsp rice. Wash them thoroughly before soaking them overnight or for 7-8 hours.
2. Prepare the batter
Once the grains are soaked, drain the water. Put these in a blender jar along with bathua leaves, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, ice cubes (for dark green colour), salt and water. Mix all the ingredients well and make a smooth batter.
3. Make Dosa
When the batter is ready, heat the pan. Grease it with some oil and pour a ladle full of Bathua Dosa batter on it. Spread evenly to make a round shape. Cook evenly from both sides and enjoy fresh with chutney and sambar!
