Nivin Pauly is currently enjoying the success of his latest feel-good horror comedy film, Sarvam Maya, directed by Akhil Sathyan. Now, the actor has finally revealed the release date of his next venture, Baby Girl, which is scheduled to clash with Chhatha Pacha later this month.
Nivin Pauly’s Baby Girl release date announced
In a recent post shared by the actor, the makers announced that Baby Girl will release in theaters on January 23, 2026. In the newly unveiled poster, the actor is seen holding a newborn baby in his arms with a serious expression.
Sharing the announcement, the Premam actor wrote, “Baby Girl will hit theaters worldwide from January 23, 2026.”

Although further details about Baby Girl are yet to be revealed, the film appears to revolve around a man’s struggle to protect a baby girl. Apart from Nivin Pauly, the film stars Marco fame Abhimanyu Thilakan, Lijomol Jose, Sangeetha Prathap and many others in lead roles.
Directed by Arun Varma, the film is the director’s second cinematic venture after Suresh Gopi-Biju Menon starrer Garudan. The upcoming thriller is bankrolled by Magic Frames, with writer duo Bobby-Sanjay writing the script.
Interestingly, the film will clash with Chhatha Pacha at the Kerala box office this month. Touted to be the first WWE-inspired film in Malayalam cinema, it is set to release in theaters on January 22, 2026. Mammootty is also expected to have a cameo role in the project along with Roshan Mathew and Arjun Ashokan.

Nivin Pauly was last seen in the lead role in Sarvam Maya. The feel-good horror comedy stars him as Prabhendu, a struggling musician from a Hindu priest family, who returns to his ancestral home and starts working as an assistant priest to his cousin Rupesh to earn money.
However, things change when Prabhendu becomes possessed by a sweet-natured spirit who has no memories of his origins. How the two uncover his past forms the crux of the film. Apart from Nivin Pauly, the film also stars Rhea Shibu, Aju Varghese, Preeti Mukundan and many others in lead roles.
