You have passed a rail, the main bridge like a bridge, Hoon!
When you watch director Neeraj Ghaywan’s hit film, ‘Masons’, these lines live with you. The film starring Richa Chadha, Vicky Kaushal and Shweta Tripathi in the lead created a tapestry of a 5,000 -year -old background: The City of Varanasi (Banaras) and a tapestry of a broken life. As seen by the film in a decade, Shweta Tripathi looked back on her journey with the film in a special conversation with Indiatoday.in.
Talking to us, the actor was indifferent and shared Even after 10 years, how the film is socially relevant. Tripathi, who marked her debut with the film, said, “The film is socially relevant, it was relevant in the past, it is relevant today, and it will remain relevant in the future because we bring changes through art and story. It is important to do whether this cracks are arising or I think it is considered to be considered.
He said, “This is still a normal mindset in our society – if a woman talks about happiness, the response is very different. Finally, such a natural and beautiful thing is such a natural and beautiful thing. Devi’s (Richa Chadha) character just wants to find out that curiosity, yet she has been punished for it. Then, I knew everything that we were trying to portray in the film, I knew everything that we are trying to be a love
The actor, who portrayed Vicky Kaushal’s love interest in the film, learned about the film’s premiere at the Cannes International Film Festival and recalled that moment, and would be very in love to get it.
“We were in Varanasi when we got the news, and it was presenting Vicky Kaushal and Shweta Tripathi on the big screen. First love is first love, But which is the hota (Whatever happens), we were very calm. We did not know what is expected, and then just the wave of love and praise that came, everything is really special to us, ”he said.
Tripathi laughed, reminded of the beautiful phase of his career, and became emotional in the interview. The actor played a major role in projects like ‘Mirzapur’ and ‘Rat Akili Hai’ after being reflected on one of the major scenes of the film. It was filmed with Kaushal and both were enjoyed by a local fair.
He said, “Masan ‘is like this Red balloon (A symbol of innocent, a symbol of innocent, budding love) in my whole life. In fact, in that scene (fair), we performed without seeing our dialogues. I understood Shalu. Every day, I used to wear bangles and Bindi – I became Shalu. I was also associated with Kavita because of Shalu, as she was introduced to the film. ,
While the ‘Masan’ shows a city wrapped in traditions, and also creates many cinematic comments on love, class and culture, it is also a poignant that is on love that is innocent and flexible. The story of the film comes out with the holy river Ganga of IndiaAfter four persons tied to a rigid moral code, because they face social bias.
The award-winning film weaves two hearts together, focusing on Deepak (Vicky Kaushal), who loves an upper-caste girl, Devi (Richa Chadha). It also includes Sanjay Mishra, Pankaj Tripathi and Vineet Kumar, in important roles among others. The film was written by Varun Grover, and was produced by Anurag Kashyap.
