How to make this glowing skin tonic drink | Glowing and healthy skin drink recipe
The process of making this drink begins with soaking 10 raisins and 10 saffron strands in water overnight. In another cup, soak a small amount of Gond Katira in water. In the third cup, soak some basil seeds in water.
The next morning, you can prepare this drink. Mix raisins, saffron and water. Now take a glass, add 1 tablespoon soaked gond katira and ice cubes, add raisin water and 1 tablespoon soaked basil seeds. Mix everything and drink it immediately.
In the caption, the nutritionist said, “If your lifestyle is compromised, no amount of drink or food can do anything. It is always your holistic lifestyle, and that really helps in enhancing the glow of the skin. I am doing this consistently and seeing positive results.”
