How to Make Ragi Cake for Weight Loss I Ragi Cake Recipe:
Material:
2 bananas
1/2 cup curd
2 teaspoon chocolate powder
2 teaspoons jaggery powder
2 teaspoon oil
1 cup ragi flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
Crushed almonds and pistachios (for garnishing)
Method:
- Mix bananas, curd, chocolate powder, jaggery powder, oil and milk in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Sift ragi flour, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin lined with butter paper.
- Garnish with crushed almonds and pistachios.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before cutting and serving.
