Rajinikanth Cool and Jailor were tirelessly trying on 2. The superstar wrapped under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraja and immediately started working on his next project.
Jailor 2 has recently discussed a lot. It was previously reported that Telugu superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna is making a cameo in the film.
While the official confirmation from the team is still waiting, Balkrishna’s presence is expected to be similar to Shiv Rajkumar and Mohanlal in the first installment.
Recently, Rajinikanth was seen wrapping a schedule of shooting of the film in Kerala, where he was asked to re-connect with his Vettyian co-star, Fahd Fasil.
While more information about the film’s actors and crew has been unveiled so far, it will be interesting to see how director Nelson Dilipkumar Jailor 2 expands the world of Muthuvel Pandian.
On Rajinikanth’s work front, the superstar is also ready to appear in the lead role for Cool. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraja, the action entertainer has stars like Nagarjuna Akineni and Upendra Rao in Pipal Rolls.
Aamir Khan is also included in a cameo in the film, with a contingent of artists along with a contingent of Shruti Haasan, Satyaraj, Saubin Shahir and several other lead roles.
Coolie is slated to release on August 14, 2025, which establishes conflicts with Hrithik Roshan and JR NTR starrer War 2.
