Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 and other iPhones get price cut in India, here are the revised prices
Apple on Friday cut the prices of several iPhone models in India, including the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15, iPhone 13 and iPhone SE. The price cuts range from Rs 300 to Rs 6,000.

Last week, Apple implemented significant price cuts for several iPhone models in India, following a recent cut in import duty on components. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a reduction in import duty from 20 per cent to 15 per cent in the Union Budget 2024, prompting Apple to reduce iPhone prices by 3-4 per cent. The price cuts range from Rs 300 for some models to Rs 6,000 for others. This is the first instance of Apple reducing the price of an existing Pro model in the Indian market.
iPhones manufactured in India, including the iPhone 13, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15, will see a price cut of around Rs 300. The iPhone SE will see a further cut of Rs 2,300. At the same time, the prices of the Pro and Pro Max models will be cut between Rs 5,100 and Rs 6,000.
As per the new prices, the iPhone SE, which was earlier available at Rs 49,900, will now be available at Rs 47,600. The iPhone 13, which was available at Rs 59,900, will now be available at Rs 57,600, reflecting a cut of Rs 2,300. On the other hand, the iPhone 14, which was originally priced at Rs 69,900, is now available at Rs 69,600, reflecting a cut of Rs 300. Similarly, the price of the iPhone 14 Plus has come down from Rs 79,900 to Rs 79,600, reflecting a cut of Rs 300.
The prices of the recently launched iPhone 15 series have also been revised. The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, which had a starting price of Rs 79,900 and Rs 89,900 respectively, are now available at Rs 79,600 and Rs 89,600. While these cuts of Rs 300 per model may seem small, they can make a big difference to potential buyers considering the latest iPhone models.
For those interested in the high-end models, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have received bigger cuts. The iPhone 15 Pro, which was previously priced at Rs 1,34,900, is now available at Rs 1,29,800, a reduction of Rs 5,100. The price of the iPhone 15 Pro Max has been reduced from Rs 1,59,900 to Rs 1,54,000, a reduction of Rs 5,900.
By reducing prices, Apple aims to increase its presence in the market and attract more consumers to upgrade or switch to the latest iPhone models. The move is expected to drive greater adoption of Apple products in India, especially the newer models, and strengthen Apple’s position as a leading player in the Indian smartphone market.
