Talking to Hindustan Times, former cricketer Jhulan Goswami shared that he had no news about the release date. He said, “Merco is a news nahhi and calls all the calls.” (I have no such news, but people are calling me).
She further said that she does not want to comment on it.

Chakda’s XPRESS was first set to release with cooperation with Clean Slate in October 2023. According to a report in the Hollywood reporter, Anushka Sharma starrer was almost complete with almost some VFX shots when it was given shelter.
But as Netflix and Clean Slat film participated, the film’s release is uncertain. Allegedly, due to creative differences and lack of budget, there was a delay, although an official statement has not been issued.

Directed by prosecutor Roy and written by Abhishek Banerjee, Chakda is a biopic on ‘Jhalan Goswami, the veteran of’ Express cricket, but the game was ready to separate from biopics. For the film, Anushka Sharma allegedly worked with seven months intensive training after coming back from her motherhood stop to get ready for the role.
