Anil Kapoor, Emraan Hashmi and Neha Dhupia congratulate the Indian Hockey Team for defeating Great Britain and entering the Paris Olympics 2024 Men’s Hockey Semi-Finals.

Anil Kapoor, Emraan Hashmi and Neha Dhupia congratulated the Indian hockey team for making it to the Olympic semi-finals of the men’s hockey event after defeating Great Britain 4-2 in a penalty shootout on August 4.
There was a lot of pressure from Great Britain, who attacked the Indian team right from the start. Despite India’s strong defensive stance, Great Britain continued to press and earned two penalty corners in the first five minutes. Sreejesh pulled off an incredible save from Samuel Ward in the 11th minute and India started to put on pressure in the final few minutes.

India are now just one win away from winning their second consecutive Olympic medal. They will face either Germany or Argentina in the semi-finals. Despite being reduced to 10 men in the 17th minute, India took the lead through Harmanpreet Singh, who scored his seventh goal of the tournament from a penalty corner in the 22nd minute.
