Angel One Q3 Results: PAT up 8% YoY to Rs. 281 crores. per share Rs. 11 Dividend declared

Angel One on Monday reported a consolidated net profit for its December quarter of Rs. 281.47 crores up 8% to Rs. 260.31 crore which was recorded in the previous year period. Revenue from operations in Q3FY25 was Rs. 1,262.20 crore, as against Rs. 1059.04 crore is 19.2% more than Rs.

Angel One Dividend

The company’s board has approved its first interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 at Rs. 11 per share was announced. The record date is set as January 21, 2025. The dividend will be paid on or before February 12, 2024, the company said in a filing.

Angel One QoQ earnings

On a sequential basis, Angel One’s net profit stood at Rs. 423.38 crores was down by 33.5%. As for total revenue from operations, the July-September quarter was Rs. 1,514.70 crore which was down 17% quarter-on-quarter.

Business metrics

The total client base at the end of the December quarter was 29.5 million, a 7.4% QoQ growth. The number of active customers on NSE stood at 7.8 million, up 5.5% on a QoQ basis. Gross client acquisitions were reported at 2.1 million which was down 30.3% QoQ.

Notional average daily turnover declined 11.8% QoQ to Rs. 40 trillion was The company has a 15.9% share of demat accounts in India which grew by 26bps on QoQ basis.

    The total expenditure by the company in the reported quarter was Rs. 876.46 crore which in Q2FY25 was Rs. 572 crore in Q3FY24 and Rs. 351 crore was.

    Earnings for 9MFY25

    For the 9M ended December 31, 2025, profit after tax was Rs. 997.56 crore, which in the year-ago period was Rs. 785.58 crores. This translates to a 27% YoY jump. 9M ending on 31st December, 2025 with a topline of Rs. 2,914.40 against Rs. 4182.36 crores. This is 43% higher than the same period in FY24.
