The entertainment world is abuzz with celebrations as Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding day draws closer. Continuing the pre-wedding festivities, the haldi ceremony took place in Mumbai last night on July 8, 2024. The groom’s sister Isha Ambani opted for a stunning Indo-Western look for the occasion. Actress Alia Bhatt couldn’t stop herself from loving and praising Isha’s look.

Isha Ambani’s stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania recently shared pictures of Isha Ambani’s stunning Indo-Western look for the Haldi ceremony. Isha wore a multi-coloured lehenga with a tassel detail top, which was paired with Kundan jewellery. She wore heavy ear cuffs, bangles, a ring and a black bindi on the forehead. Isha’s makeup was light and her hair was open.
Alia Bhatt praised Isha’s look by posting a red heart emoji in the comment section of Anita’s post. Deepika Padukone and Navya Naveli Nanda also liked it.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s haldi ceremony was attended by their family and friends. Bollywood stars like Janhvi Kapoor, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Manushi Chillar, Arjun Kapoor attended the ceremony in their ethnic attire.

Alia Bhatt wasn’t spotted at the haldi ceremony, but she did appear at the soon-to-be-married couple’s sangeet ceremony on July 5. The sangeet evening took place at the Grand Theatre of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. Alia wore a stunning black lehenga for the ceremony and arrived with Ranbir Kapoor, who accompanied her in a black outfit.
The couple also performed with Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta during the sangeet ceremony. Other performers on the night included Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Janhvi Kapoor, Shikhar Pahariya, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan and others. Pop singer Justin Bieber entertained guests with his popular songs later in the night.
Anant and Radhika will tie the knot on July 12 at Jio World Centre in Mumbai. The wedding reception will be held on July 14.
