The much-awaited trailer of the biographical action war film Amaran directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy was released on October 23, giving audiences a glimpse of an emotional and action-packed story.

Produced by Raj Kamal Films International in association with Sony Pictures Films India, the film stars Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role of Major Mukund Varadarajan, along with a strong supporting cast like Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose and others.
