Alia Bhatt, who is never known for never away from challenges, was recently shared in an interview that she wanted to take 75 difficult challenges in the beginning of 2025. However, his sister, Shaheen Bhatt advised him against it, pointing out that he was already a lot on his plate.
Alia Bhatt recently reflected at the pressure coming with the beginning of a new year, which accepting the social expectation to determine the resolutions and to control someone’s life in a certain way. He felt the urge to continuously push himself to take new challenges.
The Alpha actress revealed that she had consider trying the viral ’75 hard ‘challenge, but was advised by her sister Shaheen Bhatt. According to Alia, Shaheen reminded her that she was already searching many responsibilities, including motherhood and work, and did not need to add another challenge to her plate.
The Jigra actress admitted that her sister’s advice rethinks her, as she realized that once she was committed to the challenge, she would feel bound to complete it. She admitted that she did not see herself unnecessarily needed when she was not afraid of failure.
Through this realization, the Darlings actress shared that she learned to simplify her life by focusing naturally on coming to naturally by cutting unnecessary pressure and forcing herself into new commitments.
For those unknown people, a 75 hard challenge is a mental cruelty program created by Andy Frisla, designed to create discipline, flexibility and self-control over 75 consecutive days.
