Ajay Devgan’s nephew Amaan Devgan and Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani are all set to start their acting career with the film Azaad. During the trailer launch, Aman talked about the experience of working with his superstar uncle. She admitted to feeling nervous and shared that while Ajay is fun and loving in personal moments, when it comes to work he can be very strict and demanding.’
Aman Devgan shared that he was extremely nervous on the first day of shooting for the film with his uncle Ajay Devgan. Reflecting on the experience, he mentioned that although he continued to feel nervous, it was now joined with excitement and happiness.
Aman described the moment as unforgettable, admitting that during the initial shooting, he could not see Ajay as his character but only as the famous actor Ajay Devgan.
Ajay reveals that he often rejects Amaan’s ideas to motivate him for better results. He mentioned that Amaan is often rejected by him because his suggestions do not always meet his high standards.
Acknowledging Amaan’s hard work, the Shaitan actor admitted that he continues to inspire him, noting that Amaan sometimes appreciates it and sometimes not.
In response, Amaan shared his perspective saying that while Ajay is warm and affectionate during family moments, during work he becomes a strict and demanding person.
Azad promises to be a fascinating tale of India’s pre-independence era. The film revolves around a talented horseman, played by Ajay Devgan, who manages to escape from the oppressive British army. The story takes an interesting turn when his horse goes missing, following which he has to go on an adventurous search with the help of a young boy, played by Aman Devgan.
On the other hand, Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani will play the role of a royal family member, while actress Diana Penty will play Ajay’s love interest. This film will be released in theaters on 17 January 2025.
