Ahead of their marriage, Billionaire Jeff Bezos’s big boat problem in Venice

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, are ready to get married in Venice, Italy this year, stated in several reports.

While the city’s romantic canals and historical attractions make it a dream wedding destination, even one of the world’s richest people cannot get a chance to experience the best ideas directly from their boat.

According to the rules and regulations of Venice, large ships are not allowed to come very close to historical places such as St. Mark Square, The Grand Canal, The Giudka Canal, The Bridge of Ahs and Realto Bridge.

After warning by UNESCO, there are strict maritime rules of Venice that the city can be placed on the “endangered” list due to damage from large ships.

The boat of Mr. Bezos weighs 3,493 GDP, which is much lower than the set range of 25,000 for vessels to enter the lagoon of Venice. Although their boat meets the normal weight range, it is too large to enter the Grand Canal.

CNN reported that the couple reserved about five major luxury hotels, including the Grand Aman Hotel, where American actors George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin celebrated their marriage in 2014, with Grand Canal for the last weekend of June, told CNN.

He has also allegedly booked Gritti Palace, Belmond Hotel Sipriyani, St. Regis Venice and Hotel Danielie.

Mr. Bezos and Ms. Sanchez have also booked a special fleet of private water taxis, including the famous “Amore”, which was left the place of marriage by Sri Clooney and Ms. Almuddin.

In the presence of Hollywood celebrities and top politicians, the pair will tie the knot on 26 June on $ 500 million, Koru on 26 June.

US President Donald Trump, her daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, Kim Kardashian, Gayle King, Katy Perry, Eva Longoria, Chris Jenner, Carly Claus and her husband Joshua Kushner, Lyonardo Dickaprio and Bill Gates have allegedly attended the wedding.

Jeff Bezos married McKenzie Scott in 1993 and divorced in 2019 after 25 years of marriage. The couple have four children together.
