Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has officially landed in the city of New York before his much awaited start in Met Gala 2025. The global icon is set to run on red carpet for the first time at the high-profile fashion event to be held on May 5 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The actor was seen at John F. Kennedy International Airport, which was still reaching style keeping things casual. Along with his long -time manager, Pooja Dadlani, Shah Rukh warmly congratulated the fans, embraced a fan on the terminal, and even waved and shook hands while rescued by the US Customs Officer. His types of gestures quickly went viral, with fans with floods with pictures and videos of moments and videos of social media platforms such as X and Instagram.
Wearing a white T-shirt, gray hood jacket and comfortable fit cargo jeans, the actor looked at the airport as well as carrying his luggage through the airport. Fans could not help, but gush on their down-to-end demoner and fashion-forward airport looks. A fan captioned his video on Instagram with Shah Rukh’s prestigious line from Om Shanti Om, which wrote, “Agar ko ko ko dil ko ko … use the poor kanat.”

The introduction of SRK in Met Gala is already creating a major discussion. Reports suggest that he is wearing a specially designed dress by the famous Indian designer Sabyasachi. His presence at the global fashion event is expected to be a proud moment for Indian cinema and fashion, which highlights the country’s growing influence on international red carpets. His arrival video shared by several fan pages, already being accepted for his sweet fan conversation and is added to only enthusiasm.
This year Met Gala has other Indian celebrities joining him, including actress Kiara Advani and singer-actress Diljit Dosanj. Kiara, who is expecting her first child, is also in New York and will donate a coture creation by Gaurav Gupta. Diljit too, will make his Met Gala debut, which will make this year’s guest list a star-stodged affair for Indian entertainment fans.
