Actress Samantha thanked the audience after her latest release Maa Inti Bangaram collected Rs 13.15 crore worldwide on the first day.

Actress Samantha is celebrating a strong opening for her latest release Mother Inti Bangaram. The female-led action drama shared a post on social media on Saturday to express its gratitude after earning Rs 13.15 crore worldwide on its first day.

He wrote, “It is extremely heartening to see a film take such a good start on the first day and it means a lot to us. It is very gratifying to see the day when the audience loves a film, be it a male or female lead. And it is beautiful to see people from young to senior come wholeheartedly to cheer the release of the film.”

The actor also highlighted the tremendous support from female film audiences, and said that their contribution to the film’s opening day numbers was particularly encouraging.
She further added, “What is most heartening is that women have made such a huge contribution in the early days. For too long, we have heard that theater is started by male audiences. It is wonderful to see the audience for cinema continuously growing and evolving. Our small production house worked! Tra-la-laaa (sic).”
