Actor Ravi Mohan recently talked about living in a rented house, who is in a rented house after partition with wife Aarti Ravi. The actor’s claims criticized social media users.

Mohan, who was present at the pre-resurrection event of ‘3 BHK’, mentioned that he was living in a rented house for the first time. The ‘Kadalikka Nermililai’ actor considered how the theme of the film resonated with him. He said, “I had never lived in a rented house before. Since my birth, I lived only in those houses that were mine”.

Mohan said, “Now, I am living in a rented house and I can be related to the film. The film has been inspiring, and I want to live the rest of my life happily.”

However, Mohan’s confession did not go down very well with internet users who criticized him on X. A user wrote, “Why is he nonsense? You are an actor who has been paid in crores. Don’t talk in such a way that you are a laborer who is actually struggling in a rented house!”

The next D is turning into NA.” While taking a jib on the actor, a user wrote, “Ravimohan: I am living in a rented house. Ama Adhoda on rent? What is the rent of the house? 10 lakh rupees/month.”

Recently, a lot of discussion between Mohan and Aarti was between the public spat, the Madras High Court stopped the former-couple from posting anything related to partition on their social media pages. While Aarti accused Ravi of infidelity, the latter accused her former and her mother -in -law of emotional and financial harassment.

In 2025, Ravi filed the first Chennai Family Welfare Court for divorce from Aarti. Since then, both have appeared in court for their hearing session.

Ravi and Aarti were married for 16 years and are two sons, Aarav and Ayan’s parents.
