Actor Makarand Deshpande protested peacefully against Pahalgam attack
Veteran actor Makarand Deshpande protested peacefully in Mumbai against the Pahalgam terror attack in the dialect to give his support to the government.

Actor Makarand Deshpande staged a peaceful protest, condemning the terrible terrorist attack in Pahalgam region of Jammu and Kashmir. On 22 April, the terrorists set fire to tourists in Pahalgam, resulting in several deaths and injuries.
Wearing white as a mark of mourning, Makarand Deshpande and a group of supporters came together to pay tribute to the victims. He took the placards carrying messages such as the “United V Stand Hand in Hand” and “Ek Country A Dhadakan”, expressing a powerful statement of unity and strength in front of the tragedy. He was also associated with actor Aadhaar Pohnkar.
“I condemn the incident and pay tribute to all the victims. They were killed for their religion and names, which is very wrong, we need to support the Government of India, whatever decisions they make,” Deshpande told ANI.

Bollywood Voice has united to strongly condemn the attack. Actor Atul Kulkarni, who visited Kashmir on Sunday after a sad incident, urged people across the country to support the region and encouraged citizens to visit Kashmir.
At least 26 people were killed when a colleague of Lashkar-e-Tabiba (Late), a terrorist Pakistani terrorist group of Resistance Morcha (TRF), set fire to tourists at Besaran Meadows in Pahgam on 22 April.
