Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao are having a good time in unseen pictures from the Missing Ladies Oscar promotion event hosted by Chef Vikas Khanna.

Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao are leaving no stone unturned for the Oscar campaign of their film Lapata Ladies. Recently, globally renowned chef Vikas Khanna became the host of her and the Laparit Ladies (Lost Ladies) team. He hosted a special gathering at his New York restaurant, Bungalow, where he warmly welcomed the team and wished them all the best for their victory.

Vikas Khanna is known for promoting Indian culture and art in the West. She posted pictures from the event with Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao and other members of the film’s team on her Instagram handle. In some pictures, he posed with the film’s team, and in others, he was seen talking to the Dangal actor with admiration in his eyes.

Furthermore, in the caption of the post, he highlighted how the film affected him emotionally and he encouraged the team for their victory. He also praised Kiran Rao’s direction, calling her a ‘true artiste’ and praised Khan’s kindness.

He wrote, “When the prayer comes from the heart, ‘Conquer the world.’ That’s exactly how I felt when we were hosting the Oscar campaigning event for Lost Ladies at the bungalow yesterday. Aamir, you are a true artist for making such an iconic film. My love and respect, Maisha. She was everything to me.”

He also appreciated the other team members and wrote, “Jyoti, your genuineness and energy to support South Asian art is inspiring. Your journey defines the Indian value system of ‘like a family always there for you’ Prabal, you are an inspiration to millions and lift many of us up forever.”

The post immediately caught the attention of fans, who were happy to see Vikas Khanna and Aamir Khan in one frame. Commenting on the post, a fan wrote, “Lovely, two of my favorite artists together.” Another user wrote, ‘Beautiful, what a lovely moment.’

For those unaware, Kiran Rao directed Missing Ladies, starring Nitanshi Goyal, Sparsh Srivastava, Pratibha Ranta, Chhaya Kadam and Ravi Kishan. The film was produced by Kiran, Aamir Khan and Jyoti Deshpande. It is India’s official entry for the 97th Academy Awards in the Best International Feature Film category, and the campaign is significant in the film’s journey towards the Academy Awards.
