Since 2022, Samsung’s foldable phones are now joining a UI7 party finally. The latest version of Samsung’s skin based on Android 15 is now making its way for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4.

While this update is a little ahead of the schedule (they were about to receive it in May), it is only available in Korea. What should be next, it is spreading in many other countries and regions around the world in the coming days and weeks.
These phones were not part of Samsung’s beta program for a UI7 release, and the company has either not posted the official Changelogs, so it is not clear what are the features and which are not. In Korea, the software version bringing a UI 7 to these phones ends in the Hyd9. It is not necessary that it will be the same internationally.
The Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 have also started receiving a UI 7 update, but the rollout for this pair has started only in India at this time. Similarly, the Galaxy S23 Fe Korea is looking at the update in Korea with a download size of about 5GB as version S711Nksu5cyda. This includes an April security patch.
What all this says that perhaps Samsung is finally intensifying its release of a UI 7 after a delay of several months. Hope here.
