New Delhi: Realty firm Signature Global has raised 48 per cent 61.12 crore in unified net profit during the March quarter on Thursday. Its net profit was Rs. 41.25 crore.
According to the regulatory filing, the total income in the year ago is Rs. 570.43 crore.
During the fiscal year 2024-25, Signature Global’s profit was Rs 16.32 crore in the previous year. 101.2 crore.
The total revenue in the last financial year has increased to 2,637.99 crore, which was Rs. 1,324.55 crore.
Gurugram-based Signature Global Sales Booking or Pre-Sells rose 42 per cent to record 10,290 crore in the entire financial year.
Signature Global is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.
The company has developed many housing projects in Gurugram and many are under construction.
