Thudram India Box Office: Mohanlal’s family entertainer enters a club of Rs 100 crore; Emerges as an all -time blockbuster

Thudram, directed by Tharun Murthy, has been bringing a storm at the box office since hitting theaters. The film is never seen watching the tendency of the box office and is not in the mood to slow down at any time. After installing several other benchmarks, the film has achieved another milestone.

In the lead roles starring Mohanlal and Shobhana, Thudram brought a storm at the Indian box office, including all the markets, before the Rs 100 crore mark. The film earned Rs 101.20 crore by the end of its two weeks at the box office. Of this, a large part of about 83.35 crore rupees came from local markets, while the rest came from other Indian markets.

Thudram emerged as the sixth Malayalam film to hit the centenary mark in India. Interestingly, three of the six films are of Mohanlal. Malayalam legend achieved this feat with first Pulimurugan and L2 Ampuran. In fact, Pulimurugan (2016) was the first Malayalam film to open this prestigious club.

On the world around the world, the film is worth Rs 183 crore and is now marching towards a mark of Rs 200 crore. Mohanlal has given two back-to-back all-time blockbusters in just 40 days.

L2 Empuran: 120.50 crore rupees
2018: 107.05 crores
